ETAHT Pays Courtesy Visit to Uzairue Kingdom

The Edo state task force against human trafficking advocacy campaign team on Tuesday took their message to the people of Uzairue community during a courtesy visit to the UGIENENI of Uzairue Kingdom.

The spokesman of the palace who welcomed the team also thanked the task force for their effort in fighting human trafficking and irregular migration in Edo state. He added that the different heads of villages seated at the palace during this visit will help convey the message back home to their people to enable those in the grass root benefit from it.

The chairperson of the task force, Prof Yinka Omorogbe who is also the attorney general and commissioner for justice Edo state, who led the team said The visit was to educate, sensitize and enlighten the people of Uzairue on the dangers of human trafficking and irregular migration.

She was also accompanied by the former commissioner for women affairs Haija Maimuna Momodu who's also a task force member, Mr Christopher Ogbomo (Director of finance ETAHT), Mrs Lilian Garuba (Assistant Secretary, ETAHT), Mr Emmanuel Sule (SSA on Donor Agencies),Mr Marvelous (SSA on Political) and others Members.
