Our programmes are critical to our strategy in our pursuit of a human-trafficking-free Edo State. We prioritise research, hold frequent advocacy programmes in communities around Edo State and run continuous training programmes for returnees.
Training is a major part of our rehabilitation process for returnees. We run training programmes which give the returnees opportunities to grow. Our programmes include vocational, skills and entrepreneurial skills.
We hold frequent advocacy programmes in communities aimed at emphasizing the ills of human trafficking and irregular migration and how to understand and identify trafficking signals and stop them in the early stages.
Research is a key part of our efforts in reducing the problem of human trafficking. Our research examines the causes & factors in our local communities that promote trafficking activities and proffer measures to mitigate them.
